It all started with the unforgettable taste of white soybeans, boiled for the first time to make homemade tofu. Sweet, soft, and deeply nutty. Captivated by the charm of Korean soybeans, we continue to boil fresh beans every week.
In search of the finest flavor, we conducted blind tests on soybeans from 15 different regions across Korea under identical conditions. The result was the discovery of the "Goesan Soybean," distinguished by its sweet, chestnut-like nuttiness.
Our products were perfected through rigorous validation: close communication with the 120,000 followers of the founder’s vegan recipe channels (Jung Gourmet, Haemuk-Saram), as well as feedback from flea markets and five separate tasting events.
